Come out to Rock Spring UCC on Sunday, January 11th at 3 PM for our first Rock Spring Recital Series concert of 2026! Concert is free, and donations are taken for Rise Against Hunger.Lustre has been singing together since 2005. They started out as a local Sweet Adelines chapter quartet, and in their first Regional competition they came in 10th place. Through the years, they have worked together and as individuals to improve their skills, always loving each other and what they do. They worked their way up to become the 2011 Regional Champions, then into the Top 10 at the International level. In October 2017, their wildest dreams came true when they became Sweet Adelines International's 2018 International Quartet Champions!
Rise Against Hunger works in countries worldwide to fight hunger, targeting communities facing high rates of food insecurity. They provide volunteer-packaged meals and other assistance, often through school feeding programs, to support nutrition, education and health for children and families facing hunger right now. They also partner with local leaders to implement sustainable agriculture and income-generating projects that support long-term solutions to food security and empower communities to become self-reliant and thrive.
