Roasting 101 Class

Join us for an introduction to coffee roasting, where we’ll explore the journey from green beans to a perfectly roasted batch. This class will cover the essentials of sourcing and purchasing coffee, helping you understand the factors that impact quality and flavor. We’ll also introduce the basics of Artisan™ roasting software, a powerful tool for tracking and refining roast profiles.

Participants will get hands-on experience with a sample roast, followed by a discussion of the results. Whether you’re a home roaster or just curious about the craft, this session will provide valuable insights into the art and science of roasting.
