We're bringing weighted racing to Virginia! Join us on the Roanoke Greenway April 11th and bring whatever weight you want to carry. Choose how much weight to carry on each lap, and we'll multiply that by the lap distance to give you a score in pound-miles, or "Kz." Do as many laps from River's Edge Park along the Greenway to Piedmont Park and back, but you'll need to finish your last lap before the 6-hour cutoff runs out. Do you carry heavy or go lighter and faster so you can get more mileage? It's all up to you! We'll have awards for overall winners, age groups as well as hitting individual Kz levels.
