Riverscape Whitewater Skills Practice

Join us for a fun day of whitewater skills practice on the Riverscape wave in Dayton, Ohio! This practice will focus on basic to intermediate swiftwater rescue skills such as throw rope practice, tethered bait rescues, and setting up basic anchor systems for retrieving a pinned kayak. We will also be working on deep water self rescue and combat rolls!
Free parking available in the Miami Conservancy District lot, as well as free weekend street parking along Monument Avenue. We will be meeting at 11:00am and on the water by 12pm. After the session, join us at Old Scratch Pizza just down the road in the heart of Dayton. We hope to see you there!
