It's our biggest gear sale of the year at the most awesome outdoor event in Ohio! We had record breaking amounts of awesome used gear last year - and we want to make it even bigger in 2026. Bring gear to sell or just shop the great deals on outdoor recreation gear.
The Wagner Subaru Outdoor Experience is all about connecting you to the outdoors by introducing you to new activities to experience. Beyond the fun of the food, music, and camping is a plethora of opportunities to get you on the water, bike, slackline, climbing wall, and more. Want to Sell Gear? Here's how it works:
Consignors can drop off gear beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, and anytime during festival hours. However, the earlier your gear is dropped off, the higher the likelihood it will be sold during the event. Shoppers are lined up and ready to buy early Saturday morning! Have a large amount of gear? Limited vehicle access to the Used Gear Area is available Friday evening from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. for early drop off.
What’s the process?
1. Gather your gear and get ready to price! You can either bring the gear onsite to list and tag or you can do this in advance. For the sake of efficiency, it is advised that tagging and pricing is done in advance, particularly if you have a large amount of items to sell. There is no guarantee we will have tags remaining onsite.
2. Email [email protected] to get your consignor number and receive the Agreement and Consignor sheet to get started.
Arrow Outpost will do their best to help with any pricing, or consignors can choose their own prices.
3. Sellers will indicate their preferred method of payment on the intake form – PayPal, Venmo or Check. There will be no cash payouts during the event. Arrow Adventure will send checks or electronic payments by the Friday following the event. Consignors will receive 70% of gear sales. Gear donations will result in a 100% donation to the Five Rivers MetroParks Foundation.
4. All gear must be picked up by Sunday at event end. We may offer a buyout for select gear that does not sell.
If vehicle access is needed to pick up gear, sellers will have to wait until vehicles can enter the site at approximately 5:30 p.m.
