Kick off spring the strong way with sweat, music, and a full day of fitness and fun at Steel Fitness Riverport!
Join us for an energizing community event featuring back-to-back outdoor workouts in The Yard, led by our expert instructors and designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself, try something new, or just enjoy an amazing atmosphere, there’s something here for everyone.
Enjoy a mix of high-energy training, strength-focused sessions, and recovery-based movement—plus music, local vendors, giveaways, and more throughout the day!

Les Mills Body Balance
Info: Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.

It’s a great class for all fitness levels and perfect for recovery, injury prevention, and overall performance.
