First Stop – Welcome Tent: Start on Model Row and grab your free Riverlights tote bag, including an event map and other area guides.
Model Homes: Explore our 12 model homes and speak with top builders.
Enjoy Live Music: David Dixon will be performing on Model Row from 12 PM – 2:15 PM.
Grab A Bite to Eat: Refreshments will be available and enjoy delicious local treats from our food truck vendor.
Quick Move-In Homes: Follow your map to our 20+ homes that are ready now!

Concert at Live Oak Commons: 3 PM – 6 PM
Dance Until Dusk: End your perfect day by dancing to the live music as the sun sets over our riverfront Live Oak Commons.
