Join us for a fun group run then stay for yoga! We are teaming up with the Wyoming Valley Striders for a short 30 minute group run!
The route will go across the Market St Bridge towards Kingston then cut along the dike and then back over Pierce St bridge to our Riverfront Yoga practice space.
We'll have two group offerings:
Group #1 will be lead by Jill Snowden from the Wyoming Valley Striders. Jill is also the cross country coach at Wyoming Seminary. This group will run (at different paces) for the entire 30 minute period.
Group #2 will be lead by Jennifer Ciarimboli Jenn heads up the Riverfront Yoga Project, has been running for over 25 years and is currently ramping back up her running after recovering from injury so this group will be doing a Walk/Run for the 30 minute period.
Following the run, a short stretch and meditation will be offered by Jenn Ciarimboli!
Stay for the 10 am All Level Vinyasa afterwards!
