This is a gentle and welcoming experience for women — a chance to drop in, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Held in Amy's dark room, it’s less about “dancing” and more about moving with intention —a movement meditation through the body. This is not about performance- just a space to feel through the movement and allow your body to fully express itself without judgment in connection with a community of women.

We’ll begin together in circle with a cup of warm, heart-opening cacao, blended with bobinsana, blue lotus, and rose. This is a beautiful, nourishing combination designed to support emotional openness and ease you into the journey:
✨️The cacao we use is sourced with care from communities that honor its sacred tradition. It gently energizes the body and softens the heart.
✨️Bobinsana is known for its heart medicine qualities and dreamlike presence.
✨️Blue lotus helps calm the body and bring you into a relaxed, intuitive state.
✨️Rose brings softness, emotional clarity, and connection to the feminine.
Once we’ve received the medicine, we’ll move into a gently guided movement inspired by an intentionally curated playlist. You’ll be invited to move intuitively — no choreography, no right or wrong way. Just your breath, your body, and whatever needs to move through you. Gentle verbal guidance will support you, but you’ll be encouraged to stay with your own rhythm.
Throughout the experience, Tiffany will weave in simple storytelling, helping you reflect and drop deeper into your inner world.
We’ll close with a short, grounding sound bath — using crystal bowls and healing tones to help your body integrate the experience and relax before we close the circle.
This is a space to feel nourished, to reconnect with what’s real for you, and to remember the quiet strength and beauty
that already lives inside. No experience is needed — come as you are.
*Please bring yoga mats, blankets, and pillows and whatever you need to feel comfortable for the sound bath portion of the evening. 💃❤️🧘♀️✨️
