Gemini governs the mind and communication, making this lunation an especially potent time to release outdated narratives and choose, with intention, what we want to speak into being next.

Whether you're new to breathwork or have been on this path for years, this gathering is for anyone ready to soften, open, and come home to themselves.
What to expect

We'll open the session with a grounded intention-setting practice, giving each guest the chance to write what they're ready to release.

From there, we'll move into the heart of the gathering: a conscious connected breathwork journey, a powerful, circular breath pattern that can be a portal for emotional release, clarity, and deep inner peace.

After the journey, we'll move into integration, a time for stillness, writing, and reflection using thoughtful journaling prompts to help you process what arose and set intentions for what you're now ready to call in.

No experience necessary just a willingness to breathe, feel, and release. Arrive by 9:45am so you have time to settle into the space. There is street parking available near the venue.
