Rituals and Reflections Sound Bath

Lie down and relax deeply in the safe healing space of My Main Sqeeze Juice Bar in East Longmeadow. While the instruments frequencies wash over you, clearing out any energetic blockages and soothing away stress and tension in the body and mind.

This event will focus on new year intentions.

A sound bath is a powerful sonic meditation which enables deep relaxation to bring about peace and wellbeing for improved health. The vibrations from the crystal bowls assist the release of emotional and energy blockages in the body and stimulate deep healing on a cellular level.

The frequencies slow down brainwaves, inducing a dreamlike state and opens us up to take an inner journey where our sense of time dissipates and we are left to simply 'be' and vibrate.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Optional props to bring | eye mask, blanket, bolster, journal, water bottle or anything that will ease you into a fully meditative state.

Please arrive up to 15mins early to get settled , once the session has started doors close

There is a minimum number of 10 tickets that need to be sold in order for this event to run. In the event that we do not hit the event minimum a refund will be issued to all those who purchased tickets.
