An immersive sound healing journey inspired by ritual, nature, and ancestral
resonance ✨
We begin with a short opening ceremony and grounding practice to help
settle the body, connect with the breath, and set a personal intention for the
journey ahead. From there, you will be invited to fully lay down, relax, and
receive the frequencies in a state of deep rest and presence 🌿
Using a blend of Kecapi & Suling from West Java, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls,
giant tuning forks, gong, chimes, wave drum, rain tower, and forest flute, this
session creates a rich sonic landscape designed to support nervous system
regulation, emotional release, inner balance, and deep restoration 🌿
Inspired by both traditional and modern approaches to sound healing, RITUAL
RESONANCE offers a space to pause from external stimulation and return
inward. Some people experience emotional release, clarity, creativity, deep
rest, or a meditative floating state during the session. No previous experience
is needed 🌿
About Norin🧘♀️
Norin Silviana is the founder of Breathe and Sound, a Breathwork Facilitator,
Sound Healing Practitioner and Teacher, as well as an International Brand
Ambassador for Meinl Sonic Energy Germany. With over 1,500 hours of
training in yoga, breathwork, sound healing, fascial reprogramming, and
energy work, she offers a grounded and transformative approach that bridges
Eastern wisdom with modern therapeutic practices.
Originally from West Java, after years lived and worked in Europe, Norin
moved to Bali in 2014 to continue her transformational self-discovery journey
and deepen her studies in healing and embodied practices.
