About this Event
As RISE Tribe celebrates 10 years, this year’s RISE UP brings generations together to celebrate the people, spaces, and communities that remind us we belong.
This year's theme TAHANAN (meaning home) reflects the heart of what RISE has always been: a home base for Filipinx-Canadians in the GTA to connect, grow, and show up authentically as themselves. Through mentorship, storytelling, food, culture, and shared experiences, Tahanan represents more than just a physical place — it’s a feeling of belonging, comfort, and connection.

This event is intentionally designed to be an honest, open, judgment-free space for youth between 17-25 who self-identify as Filipinx/o/a.
We are also welcoming donations of any amount from elders and allies to support future RISE programming and bursaries, please select the "Donations" option after clicking on "Reserve a Spot".
