Yoga by the lake with Angela

Hello Toronto yogis!!

Let's do it again! Join me for a soulful yoga session. We'll gather by the waters of Lake Ontario, with the best view of the city as our backdrop, and we will practice breathwork, meditation and yoga!

Don't worry if you have never practiced yoga before, this class will be for all levels and everyone is welcome to join in on the fun!

This will be a Donation based class, in the spirit of community and generosity, any contribution you can offer is deeply appreciated!

Just bring your yoga mat, a hat, and water to stay hydrated.
