Rise Up: Calgary’s Youth & Young Adults Battle for Recovery is a powerful, one-day event happening June 6th at the Genesis Centre, presented by the Empower2Recover Foundation. This event is designed to bring youth and young adults together through real, raw, and relatable lived-experience stories centered around mental health, addiction, and recovery. With inspiring speakers, connection, and a safe space built on love, kindness, and compassion, Rise Up creates an environment where young people can feel seen, heard, and supported. The day includes meaningful conversations, community resources, and a fully catered experience, all aimed at empowering the next generation to find hope, healing, and their own path forward in recovery.
