A Group Therapy Experience

The Conscious Healing Circle is a guided group therapy experience designed to support individuals in developing deeper self awareness, emotional understanding, and meaningful connection with others.

In today’s fast-paced world, many of us carry stress, unresolved emotions, and patterns that we don’t always have the space to process. This group offers a safe, confidential, and trauma informed environment where you can slow down, reflect, and explore your inner world with the support of a trained facilitator and a like-minded community.

• A deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns
• Tools to support emotional regulation and nervous system awareness
• Increased self awareness and clarity
• A sense of connection and shared experience with others
• Practical strategies you can apply in your daily life

Each session will include a combination of guided discussions, reflective exercises, and therapeutic techniques rooted in evidence based and trauma informed practices.

Topics may include:
• Emotional awareness and processing
• Understanding triggers and responses
• Building healthier coping strategies
• Mind body connection
• Self compassion and inner dialogue

Participants are always encouraged, but never required, to share. This space is built on respect, confidentiality, and non judgment.

This group is ideal for individuals who:
• Feel overwhelmed or emotionally stuck
• Are looking to better understand themselves
• Want to work through stress, anxiety, or personal challenges
• Value connection and shared healing experiences
• Are open to personal growth in a supportive environment

No prior therapy experience is required.
