Join us for Rise: Run/Walk, Yoga & Meditation—a rejuvenating outdoor experience designed to bring people together in nature. Whether you choose to run or walk, flow through an outdoor yoga session, or find stillness in a guided meditation, this event is all about movement, mindfulness, and community.Location: The Rise, St. Patrick’s Island Calgary
