We are dedicated to celebrating the vibrant and diverse cultures of African and Caribbean communities.

Our mission is to honor the heritage traditions and contributions of people of African descent through the richness of music dance art food and storytelling.

At Afro Caribbean YYC we strive to foster unity cultural appreciation and community engagement. Our festival creates an inclusive space where people from all backgrounds can come together embrace and experience the beauty of African and Caribbean traditions. By promoting diversity and multiculturalism we aim to educate inspire and strengthen cultural pride in Calgary.
