The Full Moon illuminates what’s ready to rise ✨
Join me for a sacred evening designed for women — a space to move, breathe, and sound your way back into alignment.
Rise in Rhythm weaves together yoga, soulful women’s circle with cacao ceremony leading you into ecstatic dance where you allow your body to move the way you want it to — guiding you into deep connection with your body, your rhythm, and your feminine essence. Ending then with a meditation and Sound bath to ground you back down .
