Join us for a New Moon Sound Bath, a soothing, restorative journey designed to lift you out of the post-festive fog and bring you back to yourself on Blue Monday.

The New Moon marks a moment of quiet beginnings - a time to pause, plant seeds, and set gentle intentions rather than big resolutions.

As the pure tones of crystal singing bowls wash over you, your body naturally begins to soften, your nervous system resets, and your mind quietens. The resonance of sound helps release what’s been weighing you down, while entrainment gently guides your brainwaves into states of deep calm and clarity.

Think of it as a full-body exhale. The antidote to January’s grey, and the perfect way to begin anew.

Come as you are. Just wear something cosy and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable. we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, eye mask.

✨ A cup of ritual cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for its heart-opening qualities will be available to help you drop even deeper into stillness and connection. If you would prefer not to have one, just opt out when you book your ticket.

Unfortunately, sound baths are not suitable for individuals with serious heart conditions, pacemakers or anyone prone to seizures. They're also not suitable for women in their first trimester of pregnancy as the frequencies of the bowls can interfere with these conditions. If you have any of these conditions consult a healthcare professional before attending.
