Get ready to RISE & VIBE at our outdoor summer series sound bath, where we immerse you in soothing sounds and positive energy!WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
- A sound bath is a deeply-immersive sound experience where participants relax in a comfortable position, either sitting or laying down, and drift off into a mediative state induced by harmonic sound frequencies. The sound bath facilitator plays sacred instruments such as crystal tone healing bowls, gongs, percussion, tuning forks, etc., and bathe participants with sound waves. When the sound washes over people, they experience deep relaxation, decrease in stress and anxiety, and improvement in mood, energy, focus, sleep, well-being, and many other health benefits.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time so you can get situated. Please bring mats and blankets, and whatever you need to be comfortable laying down in nature. We will spend a few moments connecting and clearing energy. You will be gently guided in and out of this sound meditation. This outdoor experience combines the natural sound of our environment and the resonate frequencies of various sound healing instuments. You will leave this sound bath with feelings of renewal, realignment and happiness, all the while enjoying beautiful views of Lake Tahoe!

ABOUT YOUR PRACTITIONERS
- Natalie Johnson is RYT® 200 Yoga Alliance certified, as well as a certified Usui Reiki level II and Sound Healing Practitioner. She is inspired to help clients and students shift, open, and balance their vibrational frequency by assisting them to break through energetic blockages and activate and clear the chakra system. She is devoted to deepening her practice with continued education and hopes to encourage others to do the same on their spiritual path.

- Anna Rose is a Meditate School of Mindfulness certified Sound & Vibration Practitioner II, and a practitioner of Usui Reiki level II. She is a long-time lake loving local, with friends and family suporting her in the basin. She is passionate about music, harmony, sounds and vibrations, and thier ability to alter states of consciousness and the emotional and energetic wellbeing that comes from thier application. She is encouraged by her own personal healing journey, recovery, and a true love for helping others find the same path.
