Shout out to this Rock Star “My name is Kaliki and I've struggled with my weight my entire life. About a year ago I decided to start working on my body yet again and getting into the gym a couple days a week. I spent a few months focusing strictly on cardio and weight loss until Joey gave me an intro into lifting and helped me put more focus into strength training for fat loss while maintaining and maybe even building a little muscle. I started to enjoy not only the results I was seeing but the actual act of lifting heavy things and going to the gym! I couldn't help but go to the gym at least 5 days a week because I wanted to keep pushing as much as I could. This was a whole new way of working out and became an important part of my self care routine.
