Rise & Thrive at Ashley Park

Rise & Thrive is a free outdoor Pilates series designed to help the community move, reset, and feel their best this spring at Ashley Park.

Join us every Saturday in April for a complimentary outdoor mat Pilates class led by .

Classes run from 10:00–10:50 AM, giving you the perfect start to your weekend with intentional movement, fresh air, and community connection.

Enjoy local vendors and wellness-focused opportunities at the conclusion of each class from 11 am - 12 pm.

Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or trying it for the first time, Rise & Thrive is welcoming, energizing, and accessible for all fitness levels. As a thank-you for showing up and moving with us, all attendees will receive prizes each week.

Class registration will close the Friday before each event at NOON.
