Grab a few pool noodles and join us Sunday morning at 8 AM for a 45-minute floating sound healing session played live by a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Feel the day-to-day stress float away as the calming melodies and vibrations quiet your mind and awaken your sense of inner peace. Space is limited to 15 guests with pool noodles and towels provided. Dress in comfortable, non-restrictive swimming attire. You do not have to be a swimmer to participate in or benefit from water therapy.
