Riparian Buffers are natural solutions that utilize plants to reduce flooding and clean storm water run off along waterways. Through a series of hands-on workshops, participants will help Farmington design and implement a riparian buffer area in the stream that runs through their property.

This is workshop 1, where participants will learn riparian buffer basics and develop riparian buffer design concepts to be implemented along a stream that runs through Farmington's property.
