Join us for a relaxed and inspiring morning of coffee, conversation, and co-working at Town Square Kingston, hosted in collaboration with Emma Peries (aka Digital Mother) – Social Media Strategist, former TV producer, and local champion of female founders. This event is all about bringing our creative, freelance, and founder community together in a welcoming space where you can meet like-minded people, enjoy a delicious pastry (or two), and settle in for a productive day by the river.

This month’s guest
We’re really excited to welcome Kat Saunders, who will be leading a powerful group session focused on stress patterns.
If you’ve been doing all the “right” things but still feel stuck, exhausted, or just slightly off, this is for you. Kat will guide us through a group quantum medicine experience, exploring how stored stress and body armouring can quietly shape how we feel, think, and show up.
Together, we’ll tap into ways of releasing that tension - helping you shift your energy, regain clarity, and move through your work and life with more ease and intention. Expect something a little different, deeply insightful, and genuinely transformative.
What your Thursday looks like
10:00 am - Welcome & Friendly Chat: Arrive, grab a fresh coffee, fruit, and a sweet (or healthy) treat and chat.
10:30 am - Group Reflection & Connection: Guided discussion and connection around our theme: Branding.
11:00 am - Session led by Kat Saunders.
11:30 am - Peer Sessions & Networking: More time to connect, share ideas, and meet fellow founders.
12:00 pm onwards - Co-working with a view: Stay and work from our beautiful riverside space until 5:00 pm.
