We are officially starting Riftbound: League of Legends Trading Card Game events at the store!
We want to be completely upfront about where things are at right now. This is the very early stage. We have limited product. We don’t have learn-to-play kits yet. We also don’t have a staff member who already knows how to play or can teach the game. We are learning it ourselves the same way everyone else is.
So what does that mean right now?
These first events are not formal lessons or tournaments. They’re structured meet-ups where people can figure the game out together and help build the local community from the ground up. If you’ve been curious about Riftbound but didn’t know where to start, this is the perfect time to jump in early instead of waiting until everything is fully established.
What you can expect right now:
• Casual get-togethers where people can try the game
• No entry fees
• Riftbound promo cards for people who come hang out
• More structure coming as intro products and learn-to-play materials become available
We are also looking for someone who wants to step up as a community leader. If you already know how to play, or you are excited enough to learn quickly and help others, we’d love to talk with you. This is a real chance to help shape how the local Riftbound scene develops..
Important dates are already planned:
• Prerelease event in May
• Organized tournaments starting in June and July
If building something from the beginning sounds fun instead of intimidating, we would love to see you.
