Join Hannah for a Rider Biomechanics clinic, where she will help you move better in the saddle, to help your horse move better. Hannah uses different styles of biomechanics coaching including Franklin Method, Train Your Seat and Biomechanics Education, with assessments both on and off the horse. Hannah is also a level 3 personal trainer and riding coach, who brings a wealth of knowledge to help riders of all levels.
Some of the issues Hannah can help with include:
- Unsteady hands
- Collapsing to one side
- Tipping forward in the saddle
- Twisting in the saddle
- Stirrups feeling uneven
- Toes sticking out
- Giving clearer aids
- Sitting heavier on one seat bone or further to one side
- Stiffness in the rider
- Lack of stability from the rider
- Uneven rein contact
- The list is endless!
There are 2 session types available:
1) A paired 45 minute session (join with a friend or I can pair you). In this mounted session; Hannah will assess you on the horse and teach you how to feel these things for yourself. We will then make some corrections and reassess at the end of the session, with a discussion on what to work on at home. £42.50 per person, including arena hire
2) A private 45 minute session. In this mounted session; Hannah will assess you on the horse and teach you how to feel these things for yourself. We will then make some corrections and reassess at the end of the session, with a discussion on what to work on at home. £60 per person, including arena hire
Times will be provided via email, at least 48 hours before the clinic. Please indicate your preferred times and any timing restrictions, on the booking form.
