Due to improved treatments and interventions, young people are living longer with life limiting conditions. Those who were not expected to live beyond childhood are now living into their late 20’s or even early 30’s. This means that we are seeing more young people choosing LOROS for their care. Often these young people have conditions that are not usually seen in patients at LOROS. If you would like to better understand the conditions and symptoms that young people are likely to present with this is the training session for you. There will be presenters from LOROS, Rainbows and Diana Nurses who will be happy to answer any questions and share resources and knowledge.
