Grill Masters Supply and The Hogfathers BBQ team have teamed up for an epic backyard barbecue class at the Grill Masters Supply showroom in Louisville, KY.During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly cook championship quality pork ribs. We will teach you everything from meat selection, trimming, seasoning, wood and pellet selection, and, of course, cooking.
Each class participant will receive:
-Class manual with recipes and detailed instructions
-Samples of each style of ribs we cook
-A rack of ribs to prep and take home to cook
-Curved boning knife
-$10 gift card
All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will leave with the skills to be a backyard barbecue hero to your friends and family.
The Hogfathers teach time and temperature and what you learn will apply to all cooking skill levels and all types of smokers.
