During this hands-on event, you will learn how to perfectly cook mouth watering chicken four ways – traditional barbecue, wings, pulled, and thighs. We will teach you everything from meat preparation, trimming, seasoning, wood and pellet selection, and, of course, cooking. Each class participant will receive a course manual with detailed instructions and recipes, samples of chicken we cook, and a $10 gift card.All questions will be answered and by the end of the class you will leave with the skills to be a backyard barbecue hero to your friends and family.
The Hogfathers teach time and temperature and what you learn will apply to all cooking skill levels and all types of smokers.
