Learn expressive leg movements, hand gestures, body movements that are captivating, and soul-filled rhythms inspired by Ghanaian dance traditions.
From this West African country, we will delve into learning African culture through popular traditional dance which portrays ordinary activities through rhythmic and expressive motions.
African traditional dance incorporates choreography that allows for a rich storytelling experience through movements.
All levels welcome — lifelong dancers, beginners, former dancers, or first-timers!
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Get ready to immerse yourself in the vibrant heartbeat of West African dance! Join us as we explore powerful leg movements, expressive hand gestures, and rhythms that come straight from the soul. Feel the energy of African beats and sounds that bring every movement to life.
Whether you’ve danced all your life, haven’t danced in years, or have never danced before — YOU are welcome here.
🎶 4-Class Session (Ghanaian Dance Focus!)
Experience traditional Ghanaian-inspired movements with drum rhythms, percussion, and uplifting music.
⏰ Duration: 1.5 hours per class

A minimum of 20 tickets must be sold for the session to run.
