Rhythm, Reflection, and the Journey Toward Wellness with Kristina Nez Begay

This class is the third class in the Experiential Learning through an Indigenous Perspective series. The class introduces distinctive energy healing methods and techniques, giving participants opportunities to learn and experience them through individual and guided partner exercises, reflect upon their individual responses, and strengthen awareness, observation, and discernment. Through these exercises, participants will gain experiential knowledge they can use for themselves and with others, while continuing to strengthen their skills and intuition and deepen their practical experience.
Classes in the series can be taken individually or as part of the whole series.
