A journey through sound, rhythm & the Sacred Heart
About this Event
Rhythm of Her Heart
A journey through sound, rhythm & the Sacred Heart

Saturday 3rd October 2026 | 1–4pm
10 High Street, Glastonbury

An intimate afternoon of ceremony, sound and rhythm, exploring the connection between the heart, the hands, the feminine and the ancient heartbeat of the Earth.

Rhythm of Her Heart is an invitation to move out of the noise of the mind and into the wisdom of the heart to listen, receive, express and reconnect with the rhythm that lives within you.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll journey through cacao, frequency, sacred water, meditation, drumming, writing and sound, with each practice offering a different pathway back to the heart.

🌹 Our journey will include

Sacred Cacao
We’ll begin by sharing cacao together, creating space to soften and turn our awareness towards the heart. We’ll also explore the symbolic connection between the heart and the hands, the parts of us through which we give, receive, create and connect.

528Hz Sacred Heart Frequency
Experience a session with the BioCharger*, using a 528Hz programme as part of our exploration of heart-centred frequency and intention.

The Rhythm of Her Heart – Sacred Drumming
The drum has long been associated with rhythm, community and embodied expression. Together we’ll explore the drum as a symbol of the heartbeat, the womb and the rhythms of Gaia reconnecting with the pulse beneath our feet and the collective rhythm created when women drum together.

No musical or drumming experience is needed. Drums will be provided.

Sacred Water Hand-Washing Ritual
Using sacred water collected from Glastonbury’s White Spring, we’ll move through a gentle hand-washing ritual, symbolically releasing what we no longer wish to carry and creating space to receive something new.

Guided Heart Meditation
A journey inward to quieten the external noise, listen deeply and create space to receive your heart’s knowing.

Inspired Free-Writing & Sound Bath
With journal in hand, you’ll be invited into intuitive free-writing while surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. There is nothing to get right and nothing you need to produce, simply an opportunity to allow whatever wants to emerge to find its way onto the page.

🌿 A space to receive

At the heart of this afternoon is an invitation to explore what happens when we allow ourselves to receive rather than strive.

To receive the cacao.
To receive the water.
To receive sound.
To receive rhythm.
To receive what the heart already knows.

And through our hands, to give that inner knowing expression through writing, water, touch and drum.

What to bring

Please bring a blanket, cushion, water bottle and journal or notebook. You’re also welcome to bring anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable during the meditation and sound journey.

Refreshments will be provided.

Early Bird – £55 (until 7/9/26)
