We’re thrilled to welcome River Peterson and Ariana Virgillio to The Rhythm Lounge! River, known for his innovative style, and Ariana, with her smooth and expressive moves, are set to dazzle us with their West Coast Swing mastery. Get ready for a night of top-tier dance and infectious energy!
Plus, don’t miss an engaging intermediate-level Lindy Hop class with the fantastic Carla Heiney, known for her energetic and dynamic teaching that makes learning both fun and effective.
Classes are followed a DJ’d dance mixer featuring both West Coast Swing and Lindy Hop! It’s going to be a night full of fantastic instruction and lively dancing!

2:00 - 2:50pm - Intermediate - Lindy Hop w/Carla & Kye
Must know 8 count, 6 count, lindy circle, swingout, charleston, tandem charleston, basic classic jazz (ex of jazz = shim sham ideas).
3:00 - 3:50pm - Level 2 / Inter. West Coast Swing w/River & Ariana
Please know basic 6 count, basic right passes, basic left side passes, sugar push, sugar tuck, the 8 count whip, starter step.
3:00 - 3:50pm - Swing Dance Taster - TBA -
4:00 - 6:00pm - Social Dance - Swing Mixer on the main floor
