Join us at the RHS Lindley Library for 'Chelsea at the Library', as we explore the 100-year history of the world famous flower show.
About this Event

As part of our 'Chelsea at the Library' celebrations, drop into the RHS Lindley Library to explore our unique heritage collections, which chart over 500 years of garden history.

Drop in for an informal show and tell with our librarians, between 12.30pm and 1.30pm throughout Chelsea Week (Tues 19 - Fri 22 May), to discover a history of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Tickets are not required but you can register to receive a reminder via email ahead of event.

This event forms part our our 'Chelsea at the Library' celebrations. Drop in to discover displays of our heritage collections exploring the history of the flower show. Browse books from our lending collections to support your gardening journey. Or, delve a little deeper with our series of in-person and online events.

'Chelsea at the Library' takes places at the RHS Lindley Library, Tuesday 19 – Friday 22 May, 10am – 4pm. Find us at 80 Vincent Square, London SW1P 2PE. RHS Membership not required.

Event Details

RHS Lindley Library - Our beautiful library in central London holds world-renowned collections of rare and modern books, botanical art, photography and archives. Discover more about our library on the RHS website.

The library opens to the public at 10am, with the informal show and tell taking place between 12.30 and 1.30pm. This event is not ticketed and RHS membership is not required.
