RH | Being Her Sister Circle: Beyond Survival
About this Event
Beyond Survival
You made it through. But who are you now?
Maybe it was an illness. A loss. A relationship. A season of caregiving. A major life transition. A period when everything seemed to fall apart.
Whatever it was, you did what you had to do.
You adapted.
You pushed through.
You kept going.
You survived.
But sometimes survival becomes so familiar that we don't realize we're still living as though the crisis hasn't ended.
Beyond Survival is an invitation to consider what happens when making it through is no longer the only thing being asked of you.
Who are you now?
What did survival teach you—and what did it cost you?
What parts of yourself are you ready to rediscover?
And what might become possible when you give yourself permission to do more than survive?
October's RH | Being Her Sister Circle makes room for honest conversation about the woman on the other side of hard things—the parts of her that have changed, the parts she's still discovering, and the parts that may finally be ready to live again.
Because two things can be true.
You can be grateful you survived and still grieve what it cost you.
You can be strong and be tired of having to be strong.
You can honor the woman who got you through it and realize you don't have to keep living the same way she had to.
You can carry what you've learned without remaining in survival mode forever.
This isn't about pretending the hard thing never happened or turning survival into an inspirational story.
It's about asking: What would it mean to live from here?
What You Can Expect
We'll gather in an intimate circle where women can share, listen, reflect, connect and simply be witnessed.
Your evening may include:
- Honest, compassionate conversation and sisterhood
- Guided grounding and gentle restorative practices
- Journaling and personal reflection
- Meaningful ritual and moments of connection
- Space to share, listen and be witnessed
- Tea and time together
- A joyful Being Her Celebration before we leave
No special wellness experience is necessary. Everything is invitational. You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you, and sharing is never required.
I would not list the Opening of the Rose, meditation, sound healing, etc. We learned that lesson with September. The listing sells the experience, not your facilitator protocol.
About RH | Being Her Sister Circles
One monthly gathering. Different conversations. Space for the many seasons of being a woman.
Being Her means making room for all of her—the woman who is grieving, healing, changing, surviving, questioning, resting, rediscovering and becoming.
RH | Being Her Sister Circles are intimate monthly gatherings centered around the real experiences women are navigating while continuing to show up for everyday life.
Each month brings a different conversation. Some may meet you exactly where you are. Others may not be yours right now—and that's okay.
Come for the conversation that speaks to you. Come as you are.
There is room for her here.
RH | Being Her Sister Circles are wellness and community-support gatherings. They are not group psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
