Hosted on my birthday, this gathering is an intentional space to come together, slow down intelligently, and reset — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

4:00 – 5:00 | Networking & Snacks

A relaxed, open space to connect with others. Light snacks will be provided. This hour is designed to create safety and ease before the deeper work begins.

5:00 – 6:00 | Breathwork Theory

An educational and accessible explanation of breathwork:

• How breathing affects the nervous system
• Why it impacts emotions, energy, and focus
• What happens in the body during breathwork
• Clear guidance on how to breathe and self-regulateThis hour prepares both the mind and body for the experience.

6:00 – 7:00 | Breathwork Circle & Integration

A guided breathwork session followed by integration and a sharing circle. This is where insight, release, and regulation happen — safely and intentionally.

7:00 – 7:30 | Somatic Dancing & Closing

Free-form somatic movement to anchor the experience into the body, followed by a grounded closing.
