🐺 Primal Yoga + Vocalization — Move, sound, and embody your untamed spirit through a dynamic yoga and voice activation practice.

🚶‍♀️ Walking Meditation — Inspired by Shinrin Yoku, explore the sacred ground in a meditative walk designed to deepen your connection with nature and self.

💧 Lakeside Cold Plunge — Awaken your vitality with nature’s most invigorating reset.

🔥 Fire Ceremony — Release, ignite, and transform under the stars in a powerful ritual of renewal.

🕊️ Sound Bath Immersion — Bathe in vibrations that harmonize and heal under nature’s natural canopy.

This is a primal, rewilding experience, fully immersed in the outdoors, inviting you to ground yourself in the land. The retreat begins Saturday at noon and concludes around 9 PM.

🌿 Please note: The entire event is outdoors. In the case of rain, the retreat will be moved indoors at the Light House. There will be no refunds or credits once your ticket has been purchased. You may transfer or donate your ticket to another.
