Are you ready to spend the afternoon unwinding? Come along and join our half day Hatha Yoga retreat “Revolve To Evolve!”and allow yourself to literally unwind physically, as well as esoterically and emotionally as we focus on twisting asana!We will explore some yoga philosophy and story-telling in a light hearted way, including the understanding of the emotional and energetic concepts behind practising twisting asana – said to remove emotional and esoteric blockages and obstacles, as well having a detox effect on mind and body.
We will also spend some time on a Pranayama (breathing) practice and finish the day with Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) to encourage a deep meditative state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra can be a very transformative process, and can be used to work on things we might wish to change in our lives – the perfect way to end if we are working on overcoming obstacles in our lives.
Join us to find the tools for communicating in a sweeter and more compassionate way with yourself. Together let’s fortify the parts of us that need attention and encourage a greater understanding of ourselves in this world.
Our half day Hatha Yoga retreat will take place on Sunday 19 October at Q Place, Leighton Buzzard, and runs from 13:30 until 17:30. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance, by e-mailing [email protected] or by calling 07930 988894.
£40 per person, £20 deposit required when booking or early bird discount price of £35 if booked and paid for in full by 6 October 2025.
