Come join us at Willow Tree Farm on a journey to understanding the impact of food on our mood. At our monthly kitchen social we demonstrate a seasonal vegetarian recipe for you to taste test and discuss the impact of that food on your mood. We chat gut biome, emotional eating and what the impact is of specific micronutrients on ourselves.
On the menu is a warm butternut squash salad - perfect for autumnal days when the weather is turning cooler but you're not quite ready to give up on salads.
