Program Name: Restorative 15-Week Transformation
Description:
The Restorative Transformation is a 15-week in-person experience led by Coach Ivan Ankwatsa — designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and consistency.
This small-group program combines progressive strength training, guided accountability, and lifestyle coaching to create meaningful, lasting results.
You’ll train directly with Coach Ivan during scheduled sessions and have full access to Pryde’s community classes throughout the week to stay active and engaged.
