Join me for a restorative and reviving sound journey, start your New Year with an opportunity to create a new space in your life for rest and wellness. Where: Rockwood Lodge, Sechelt
What you need: A yoga mat, or camping pad (a comfortable mat to lay on). Optional: a cozy blanket, pillow, eye mask, warm socks - all the things to make yourself as comfortable and able to relax as possible!

What is a Sound Journey?
Also known as a Sound Bath or Sound Healing. It is an experience where sound bowls can be used to transport you to a dream-like state of vibrational healing. Sound can assist in relieving stress and tension. It also helps to quieten repetitive thought patterns from a busy mind & relaxes one into a meditative state where deep inner silence & stillness is experienced. Sound waves can help to move and release emotions which are stored in the body - in this way you can receive the benefits even if you happen to fall asleep!
