Join us Sunday January 5th for a New Year Rhythm Bliss
Drum & Dance Journey.
Through the Elements - a potent, heart-centred, 90 minute rhythm reset to somatically align in mind, body and spirit! Let's gather together in sacred community as we drum, dance, sweat and celebrate our way into 2025! Featuring movement and dance facilitation by Sharon Tron, rhythm facilitation by Alexandra Jai and live music by the Rhythm Bliss Family
Band.
Come dance, drum and groove into the New Year in connection, healing and joy!
Bring a yoga mat and a drum/percussion instrument if you have one. Hot tea and bliss bars to follow!
