Return to the Body is a 3-day somatic movement and expressive arts immersion for therapists, caregivers, and health professionals. Through guided movement, drawing, writing, ritual, and group process, you’ll restore your nervous system, awaken your creativity, and return to your work—and life—with grounded presence.
You’ll experience:
Somatic movement to release tension and awaken body awareness
Drawing, writing, and movement culminating in a personal self-portrait
Nervous system tools rooted in trauma-informed embodiment
Ritual, reflection, and integrative group process
