Return to Self: An Intention Circle

Fulmer Family Children's Centre is kindly hosting this event.

Together, we’ll come together in a grounded intention circle (a space to slow down, connect, and come back to yourself.)

We’ll take time to intentionally open our circle, setting a tone of respect, openness, and personal responsibility. You are always encouraged to move at your own pace, honour your boundaries, and take what feels right for you.

From there, you’ll be guided through a reflective process to explore what you’re ready to release, shift, or call forward in your life. Through a series of focused questions, you’ll begin to gently uncover what’s been weighing on you and what you’re ready to let go of creating space for something new.

We’ll then move into a guided meditation and group energy healing, supporting you in connecting to your own energy, your inner wisdom, and the support around you. I’ll also share simple ways to begin connecting with this energy for deeper awareness and healing.

We’ll briefly explore the seven chakras, offering a grounded introduction so you can begin to understand your own energy system in a clear and accessible way.

We’ll close the circle by returning to your intention anchoring it with clarity and purpose so you leave feeling more connected, aligned, and supported in your next steps.
