Please join Jess and Ash for an afternoon of cacao - breath - meditation - sound bath.

Return to Self is a homecoming.
A gentle but powerful invitation to come back to the parts of you that may have been forgotten, abandoned, silenced, or pushed aside while surviving life.
This journey begins with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, allowing you to soften, drop out of your head and into your heart, and set intention from a place of presence and truth.
From there, you’ll be guided into a deep breathwork journey, a powerful doorway out of the noise of the mind and back into the wisdom of the body.

And back into your truth.
In this space, you may begin to meet different parts of yourself on a deeper level:
• The inner child who still longs to feel safe
• The protector who’s been working overtime
• The version of you that feels tired, stuck, or disconnected
• The part of you that is powerful, intuitive, and deeply wise
• The self beneath the coping, beneath the masks, beneath the conditioning
You’ll then be held in a beautiful, guided meditation, allowing everything that’s shifted to integrate gently, bringing clarity, grounding, and connection with self.
The journey closes with a deeply nourishing sound bath, where vibration, frequency and stillness support your nervous system to settle, your body to soften, and your whole being to land back into peace.
Breathwork creates a doorway where stored emotions, old energy, and stagnant patterns can finally move.

This session may involve strong emotional responses, physical sensations, or shifts in awareness. Clients are always in control and encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed, the following information is provided to make you aware of the risks associated with participating in breathwork activities. Persons with certain medical conditions should avoid this activity until advice has been sought from the medical practitioner. Please note the following list is not comprehensive and it is your responsibility to ensure breathwork is suitable for you.

• People with severe cardiovascular disease
•History of heart attack, stroke, or aneurysm
•High or very low blood pressure that is not managed
•Epilepsy or history of seizures
•Bipolar disorder
•Schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders
•PTSD that is unsupported
•Recent major surgery or injury
•Pregnancy
•Glaucoma or detached retina
•Severe asthma that is not well controlled
•Any condition where intense emotional or physical release could pose a risk

Due to the nature of this event and limited spaces, tickets are eligible for a refund if at least seven days' notice is provided prior to the event date.
Tickets are transferable to another person up to 24 hours before the event, provided the host is notified of the name change. All refunds and transfers are subject to approval by the event host.
We offer ongoing support before, during and after the journey has finished.
