Guided by KJ, The Rooted Yogi, we’ll open our circle with grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and meaningful intention-setting.

DJ Oceana will lead us into conscious dance expression as an invitation to celebrate your freedom, open yourself up to receiving love and joy in sisterhood.

Jamie Nicole, Harmonic Holistics, will bathe us in healing sound and sacred voice, inviting a deep inner restoration.

This is your time to pause. To breathe. To remember.

Because when women gather, we become an unstoppable force of nature.

Yoga mat
