Mindful Monday: Sound Bath & Compassion Meditation

Enjoy a dreamy and peaceful sound healing journey. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care. We'll begin with a brief compassion meditation. Compassion is the willingness to meet difficulty with kindness rather than judgment. We'll invite tenderness and warmth into our heart, growing our capacity to stay present and connect with our inherent goodness.

This will take place at a gorgeous retreat center where you can hear the birds sing, view rolling hills, and soak up nature.

A yoga mat

A water bottle (there is filtered water available to refill your bottle)

Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)

Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)
