Held on Friday the 13th in March, a day historically honoring the Divine Feminine and cyclical body wisdom, this workshop explores the pelvic floor as the foundation of stability, creativity, and intuition. Through a clear, evidence-based understanding of functional anatomy, breath mechanics, and nervous system regulation—woven with somatic awareness and sacred embodiment—we will demystify common core myths and reconnect to the pelvis as a center of power, containment, and presence. This is not a workout or a purely esoteric experience, but a return to intelligent embodiment, offering practical tools you can integrate into your asana practice, teaching, and daily life while reclaiming the pelvis as both structure and sanctuary.
